What exercises can you do to get the V shape at the bottom of your stomach?!
Question: What exercises can you do to get the V shape at the bottom of your stomach!?
I am trying to get a V shape at the bottom of my stomach, you see this on some seriously fit people, but how do you get it!? I mean, sit-ups do the 6 pack, but what does that part!?

I asked my work colleague the same thing a few years back and he said it all starts with the diet!. You get the diet right and you won't have that excess fat around your stomach to get in the way of seeing your abs!.
However! For that specific area I think its all about he hip flexors!. Do exercises that involve the movement of your legs with your upper body still!. Some really easy ones:
Leg lowers=Lay on back, knees bent, feet in the air, lower 1 leg down to the floor then raise it back up, repeat with the other leg!. Do about 10-20 of these on each leg but do it slowly and always have your core switched on, not allowing your lower back to arch!.
Hanging knee raises are fantastic and great for activating those pelvic floor muscles without hurting your lower back!.
There are some more advanced ones but the basic principle is to do the exercises where your legs move and your upper body is still!.!.!.or have your feet fixed eg!. have a friend stand on your feet while doing normal 1/2 situps, lowering down slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do crazy situps and add weight to your situps which would add muslces to your tummy!. More muscles allow for more effective fat burning!.Focus on situp shtat work out the lower part of your abs and hold your situp at the top for 2-3 counts!. And squeeze!. Make sure that you are using your stomach muslces to lift your body up and not your back or neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have the v shape and can tell you it's NOT exercises that gets you that!. It's reducing your body fat level!. In other words this means you will need to reduce your weight and burn off the fat!. No amount of exercise will make a difference if you have a layer of body fat hiding it away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
