Question: What can i do to lose weight and tone up
i need to lose a bit of weight and tone up what excersises can i do so i can tone up and if i go for a run every day also will that help me tone up as well also is it possible to lose weight and tone up in 2 months

Dont eat after 6!.30pm ( which is hard considering your cravings come alive at night when your hungry)
Eat small meals frequently!. every few hours!.

And to classify small, that means adequate protein and carbs to get you through the next few hours!. If your trying to lose weight, put on muscle it is important to keep approx 1 - 1!.5g of protein per kg of body weight for female per day!. Eat a few mouthfulls and wait a minute or so to see if you still are quite hungry, if the hunger is subdued, then it would be in your best interest to save the rest for later!.

Traditional or Quick to make Oats are one of the healthiest cereals around, add a bit of chocolate protein powder to it and you have a long lasting protein packed meal!. ( Oats will absorb fluids in your stomach, causing it to expand, making you feel full for longer), also rice with steamed vegetables is a good lunch snack which will fit in well!. Tuna!.

Exercise morning and/or evening

Do cardiovascular exercises and weightlifting, this is the most effective way to lose fat, im not going to get into the technical, but to lose fat you have to build some muscle to increase you metabolism and burn energy from the fat cells!.

Running wont do much if yuor not corporating high repetition, light weights!. Try leg weights on some of the leg machines at you gym, or if you dont have or go to one then do some squats or lunges with a kg or two in each hand!. Do upperbody weights aswell, for a wholebody exercise which will make you lose fat quick!

Try and invest in some thermogenic burners or metabolism lifters!. dont bother with slim shakes and powders, not very effective, they will waste away your muscle aswell which inturn slows your rate of losing fat!. Use a serving of thermogenic burner 30min before eating one of your bigger proportioned meals and 30mins before you exercise!.This will get you losing the kgs quicker than you could imagine!.

I see a lot of women who are quite skinny at the gym that only do cardio, treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical what have you!. I call those people ( mostly skinny guys, cause I've noticed a lot of guys becoming skinny too) fatty's!. They may be skinny and have small waists, but they are not toned and they still have a lot of fat on their bodies most of which is organ fat!. Not enough muscle!!!! You should do weights, light to medium, 4 sets 12-20 reps!. Just 20-30 mins cardio 3 times a week!. But weights first and foremost!. Some men go to the gym 4 times a week and only do 30 mins cardio a week!. They burn most of their fat just by doing normal stuff like walking around or going to get the mail etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
