If thighs are flabby, does cycling make them chunkier? because i swear they are !

Question: If thighs are flabby, does cycling make them chunkier!? because i swear they are getting bigger!!
even though i've lost 5lbs i swear my thighs are just expanding!

I'm not overweight,(uk size 10) and have been trying to get rid of the excess flab on my bottom half, butt and thighs, my tops really small so i just look so out of proportion and have been focusing on the bottom half, but i just seem them getting bigger and bigger!!!! arggggggghh someone help, is cycling making my legs bulkier!? i've been using the stationary bike alot as i can happily ride on it for over and hour and burn lots of calories, but is this the cause of my thighs getting bigger!? what should i do to reduce them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No girl!.!.!. do not confuse the growing muscles in your legs for flab!.!.!. If you are not happy with the results that you have been getting though, i might suggest a different work out routine!. it sounds like you might have the resistance up really high on your bike!.!.!. try lowering the resistance level and go for endurance rather than strength!.
remeber; " fewer reps but more weight= bigger muscles
but more reps with less weight = more definition

but good job none-the-less, exercise is important!Www@Answer-Health@Com
