Question: If i do 100 sit ups every day and go jogging every 2 days for 15 minutes with i get a flat stomach!?
Answers:
It depends!. Are you someone that is already in relatively good shape or a re you "obese!?" If you are in good condition already and are just looking to tone up that should work!. I would suggest doing some crunches as well as it puts less stress on your back!. And rather than run for 15 minutes, just run a certain distance (start with a distance that you can do quickly and comfortably)!. That way, you can push yourself for better times and slowly increase your distance!. I got to where I could do 5 miles in 33-34 minutes!. You should see results in 2-3 weeks!. Be sure to pair your exercise with a good diet!. Oh yeah, try drinking lots of water- it is super healthy!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

but don't plan on getting results in a week!.!.!.
