How can i lose weight FAST?!!


Question: How can i lose weight FAST!?!
so i start school in aout a month!. i wanna lose at least 10 lbs!. but im not sure what i should do!. i mean, im not extra huge; i only gain weight in my stomach area which is kinda odd lol!. im 5'5'' in weigh about 160!. so im not fully proportioned nd i wanna look good for school!. what should i do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm doing the same thing!.
Well is what is do is 15 minutes on my elliptical, Level 4!.
I do about 4 15 minute sessions,
with small 5 minute breaks in between
Its in my garage so i sweat a lot!.

Sweating helps you lose fat and i'm guess your aiming to
lose a little bit of that, especially in you stomach area!.

You can't target a specific place to lose fat,
its an overall thing!.
Most women gain weight in there stomach, butt and thighs area!.

I'm not sure about shedding the 10 lbs but if you are
able to start running or some form of intense cardio
then it will contribute to overall fat loss!.

A few sit ups and other ab exercises will also help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think if your goal is to do anything fast and the easy way, it's going to turn out unhealthy for you in the long run!. I've been losing weight, and how I've been doing it is by increasing my physical exercise (about an hour most days), I've cut red meat, increased my veggies and fruits, cut out pop, and just overall choose really healthy options!. Remember it's only safe to lose 2-3 pounds per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably can't lose 10 lbs in one month safely much less keep it off!.

The following will probably take off at least 5-7 lbs and is manageable enough that you can keep the weight off!.
Eliminate junk food and soda
Eat lots of fruit and veggies
Drink lots of water
Cut way back on any fried foods
