What can I eat on my low carb diet.!


Question: What can I eat on my low carb diet!.
I'm on a low carb diet!. I know they're difficult, but i have heard they are very effective!. but i need some help!. I have no idea what to eat!. And i need to pack my lunch so whats something simple, easy, low carb, and packable!? Thanks!. 8)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I once tried a low carb diet!. I lost near enough a stone in two weeks BUT!.!.!.I was living on eggs, white meat, fish and dark green veg!. That was it! It was incredibly hard work and because I work out every evening my energy levels dropped too much and I struggled!. My weight loss could've been down to the work out sessions as opposed to the diet though!.

At the moment I am cutting back on wheat and dairy!. It allows a bit more freedom with what you can eat as many products now come in wheat-free and dairy-free varieties!. The results are just as noticeable as that of the low carb diet, in that you will see weight and inch loss fairly quickly!. Wheat is a major cause of bloating so cutting down on it can really make all the difference!. It's much easier than cutting out all carbs!. Carbs are really important, especially if you are an active person!. Bread, pasta and white rice are very starchy, as are potatoes, so steer clear of them and you should be well on your way to your perfect body! Keep the good carbs though, such as fruits and vegetables and maybe cut out all carbs after, say 5pm!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

They sell low carb bread type wraps in the markets!. You can wrap some lunch meat with cheese and mayo!. Cant get more simple then that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
