Question: I HAVE GAIN ABOUT 20 POUNDS SINCE MY BOYFRIEND AND I GOT TOGETHER !.
AND I HAVE BEEN TRYIN TO LOSE THE WEIGHT!. I HATE MY BODY THE STOMACH THE MOST!. ANY GOOD ADVICE!? MAYBE PLACTIC SURGERY TO SUCK SOME OF THIS FAT OFF !? SO I CAN LOVE MYSELF AGAIN!. I AM A PRETTY GIRL BUT I AM NOT AS CONFIDENT AS I WAS!. I AM 5'2 150 POUNDS - I WANT TO BE BACK AT MY OLD SIZE 5'2 125!. WHAT ABOUT A CHICKEN BREAST DIET LIKE ON VH1 CELEBRITY FIT CLB!? Don't get discouraged everybody hates their weight at some point in their life! Do you like to dance!? If so, you can do what i did before i went to my prom!. Back in high school i was overweight!. I was 5'5 and big busted so nobody ever guessed that my size was a size 18! Two months before prom i got committed to losing the weight, i danced in my room along to my favorite radio station for like an hour every other day!. I even used 3 lb dumbells while i danced and did arm exercises to help tone a little and get more resistance and by the time i went dress shopping i had to keep going back to the store to get a smaller size i ended up in a size 12! I had lost inches in my stomach and hips just from dancing and having fun in my room! Also having a more balanced diet with lots of fruit and veggies helps as well! i dont know if this is true, but i heard having sex makes you gain weight!.!.!.lol!.!.!.but i hear yah honey, im 5'1 and use to weigh 120 but have gained since i entered college, now im hitting 140!.!.!.!.yikes!.!.good luck,!.!.when you find out, let me know!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would invest in some running shoes, and maybe a bike!. Doing cardio and those kinds of exercises, along with eating right, you can get down to your goal weight!.
