Question: Did I do okay with my diet/exercise today!? Easy 10 points! (:
i had 100 cal for breakfast!.
and 500 cal for lunch (whole wheat sandwich with turkey and a little mustard and lettuce, a bowl of plain pasta, and a bowl of fresh fruit)

then i had a light blended frappacino at starbucks (140 calories) and a 90 cal granola bar!.

then i ran 3 miles, did 200 crunches, butt machine at the gym!.

then after the gym, i had dinner which was
a salad-with lettuce, grilled chicken, a little fat free shredded cheese, and a little fat free italian dressing on the side!.
and i had a small bowl of fresh fruit mixed!.
and 80 calorie whole wheat toast!.

and for dessert i had a 90 cal weight watchers cookie!.
so in all, i think today i had 1300 calories!.
which isnt that that bad, but i feel soo bloated and fat right now!.!.

i hope that leaves, but at 9pm im going to watch a movie with my mom!. would it be okay to have a bowl of cheerios with skim milk then!? or should i not have anything the rest of the night!?

if not the cheerios, what other snack could i ahve thats healthy and low calorie!.!.thats not fruit or veggies!?

Wow!. You are very serious and dedicated to your fitness!. Your diet is one similar to ones I have used to prepare for bodybuilding competitions! I think you are definitely ok on your diet, and the reason you feel bloated is probably because you ate something different or in a different amout from what you usually do!. And to answer you other question, I think it is perfectly ok to eat a small bowl of cheerios later, because when you wake up your metabolism will be stimulated and you will want to eat, which is good in the morning if you eat the right things!. Also cheerios are a good source of complex carbs, which do not easily turn to fat like simple ones!. Complex carbs also have been proven to help you sleep better at night, so that is a good option!.

Overall I am very impressed with your diet and exercise program, and could bet that guys go crazy over you!. Staying on this track is the key to a long, healthy life!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the cheerios would be good, or if you like unsalted popcorn!. I personally do not!. They say not to eay anything after 7, but I think a small bowl of cheerios with skim milk would be a fine snack!. Besides you have to have something to go with your movie!

you can have a glass of ice cold lowfat chocolate milk for the night and eat an apple or orange if you want!.!.!.that cant make you fat!.!.!.you are doing a great job!.!.!.keep up the good efforts and god bless you!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
