Is it reasonable for a 13 year old to work out?!


Question: Is it reasonable for a 13 year old to work out!?
I've been woking out for a while now!. I've had sixpack abs and pretty toned arms since I was 12 years old, and I'm not sure is if my body is developed enough for me to really work on it and tone it!. I turned 13 two months ago!. and I'm not sure if I should begin working on individual muscle groups at a gym, or my muscles just haven't developed enough!. Should I continue working out, or should I take it easy and wait until I turn 15!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have read that those old fashoned notions that its bad for people who have not fully developed were not based in science, hence they were incorrect!. why dont you consult a fitness coach its free at my ymca for members!. I think you sholud only cut back if its interfering with your studies & social skills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's a little weird to be honest and you might as well since you asked!. Try getting really involved into sports if you want to work out for now!. Martial arts may do what you want and tone your body even further!. As far as going to the gym and lifting, etc!. I'd stay away from it right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
