Question: How much exercize do I need daily!?
How much to maintain my weight!? I take in 1,700-2,000 cal, am 5'3, and weigh 113!. I'm a 15 year old girl!.

you maintain good amount of calories just workout by doing 20 min cardio 3-4 times a week you will lose mad pounds!. and stick with your plan because u usualy dont get results till after a a few weeks to a month!. if you go to a gym do 2sets of 15reps on machine weights with and take like a short break after each set try lookin at like 20secs if you can!. do multiple machines for every body part!. you will not gain much mussle so dont worry its a good way to work your endurence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well me and my sis walk everyday 4 30 min but drink alot of water daily and at least 4 fruits aday o and the best thing 2 do is check ur wait daily and eat lite (3 meals a day) and do 20 sit ups daily cause i do it and im ok wit it i really hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
