Answers:
No matter what you do: DON'T overeat to gain weight!. That is never the answer!. And please, don't try to gain weight by eating fried things, ice cream, cake, sweets, etc!. That will only result in you feeling miserable and ill!.

You are considered underweight according to BMI calculators and various resources on the internet!. But if you want my opinion, if you have not starved yourself or had an unhealthy change in your diet to achieve this weight drop, I wouldn't worry about my weight too much!. If anything, be glad that you are naturally so thin!.

If you are truly worried, you should talk to your parents, a close friend/relative, or a doctor!. I'm not sure that there is much that you can do!.

If you feel that you eat right, get enough exercise and have an overall healthy lifestyle, I would say that you are just right!.

Some girls would kill to be in your position, so don't stress about it!. If you really are desperate for your family photo shoot, try layering some shirts/tanks and it should fill you out a bit!. Plus, it's stylish! ;)

And regarding your friends: explain to them your situation!. They may or may not understand!. But really, what kind of friends are they if they are vain enough to get so upset over one skinny friend!.

Good luck, and please don't worry too much!
Make sure that your friends understand your situation!. :)
Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
