Question: I want to lose 4 lbs!?
I want to lose 4 lbs as quickly as possible!. I am 13 and 5 stone 4 lbs!. How do I lose weight without my mum noticing!? I do gymnastics-that is why I want to lose weight!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

lots of fiber foods, aka!.!.!.cherries, put powder laxatives like metamucil in your morning and evening foods!.!.drink coffee in the morning!.!.and cut down to about 1200 calories a day!. or if your that desperate you could always vomit a meal or two and run 3-5 miles a day!.!.these methods always work for meWww@Answer-Health@Com

NEVER use Laxatives or vomiting to reduce weight, because you will loose all the Nutrients that these foods give you and will become less healthy!. Your weight is fine for your age, but if you keep up a regular exercise program then you will maintain a healthy weight and develop muscle tone for gymnsatics!. !. !.

One thing to point out is that increased musle tone may not mean weight loss because muscle is more dense than fat so, be healthy, eat healthy and you will feel great!.
