Answers:
BROWNIES-- make them yourself with half regular flour/half whole wheat flour, and half sugar/half Splenda!. And don't frost them!.
CEREAL-- whole grains, whole oats, whole wheat!. Think oatmeal, cheerios, bran cereals!.!.!. Read the labels! And avoid evil granola!.
BREAD/PASTA/POTATOES/RICE-- whole wheat lite bread, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes or baked white potatoes (not fried), brown or wild rice!.
SWEDISH FISH-- Hmm!.!. Have these and other gummis in moderation!. Or try sugar-free versions (in the bulk section at the grocery store), but be careful: sugar-free stuff may cause gas!
CANDY BARS-- Again, you can have these, but in moderation!. Have just 1/2 or 1/3 of one, and save the rest of it for the next day or two- or share it! 3 Musketeers are nice because they've got that fluffy airy filling: more air means lower calories & fat!.
CHOCOLATE MILK, KOOLAID, POP, FRUIT PUNCH-- Make your own chocolate milk but use skim milk w/ less chocolate syrup, get sugar-free kool-aid, diet pop or pop made with splenda, and low-sugar fruit punch!. You can also get some seltzer water and mix it with fruit juice concentrates for some fruity bubbly drinks!.
ICE CREAM CAKE-- make your own with light/no sugar added ice cream!. Soften ice cream & spread 1 layer in pan, freeze until firm (about 1 hour), then do the next layer!. Use a few chopped up Oreos for those delicious crunchies in the middle (buy a small bag of mini ones, so you'll have less left over to tempt you later)! You can use fruit or leftover Oreos to top the cake instead of using frosting, too!.
FRIED FOODS-- in moderation!. If you're doing it yourself, use only about 2 Tbsp olive oil to fry in!. If they're deep-fried foods, make sure they're fried in non-trans fat oil!.
LASAGNA-- use wheat pasta and ground turkey, and make your own low-sugar tomato sauce if you can!.
EGGS & SAUSAGE-- eggs are good for you, but if you're concerned about cholesterol, use Egg Beaters!. Make veggie omelets or quiche with eggs!. Use turkey or chicken sausage!.
FUDGE POPS-- find the healthiest ones in your store's freezer!. Compare the calories, amount of sugar, and amount of fat!. Or make your own frozen yogurt pops with light chocolate- or fruit-flavored yogurt!.
TOOTSIE ROLLS/FRUIT SNACKS-- in moderation!. You can buy just a few in the bulk section at your grocery store: you'll have less to tempt you, & it's cheaper! Or get some dried fruit (unsweetened) instead of fruit snacks!.
HAMBURGS/HOT DOGS-- have the ones made with turkey, or try veggie burgers/dogs! They're not too bad! Actually, there are lots of vegetarian "meat" products in the frozen food section: chicken nuggets, spicy or buffalo chicken, etc!. I used to eat them when I was a vegetarian, and they're pretty good!.
PIE-- make your own!. You can use store-bought crusts, but fill them with fruit that you prepared yourself with limited sugar added!. Follow a pie recipe, but cut the amount of sugar in the filling by at least half!. That'll allow the fruit flavors to be bolder anyway! Or use Splenda instead of sugar!. You could also make a pudding or mousse pie with light no sugar added pudding or mousse mix!.
PIZZA-- Ordering out!? Get thin-crust w/ lots of veggies & limited meat toppings!. Make your own: thin whole wheat crust, lots of veggies, limited meat, & not as much cheese!.
BREADSTICKS-- whole wheat!
PORK CHOPS/STEAK/HAM-- cook them on a rack in the oven or on the grill so the fat can drip off of them!. Or if you're using a frying pan, use just a little olive oil to cook them in, and then let them sit on some paper towels before serving them to let some of the fat drain off!.

The #1 thing you can do is learn the food label lingo & read the labels on foods you buy!. For carb-based items, make sure the first ingredient listed is whole grain or whole wheat!. Check the amount of sugar, fat, protein, & calories in everything!. Buy produce that's in season, and if you replace some fruity things (like high-sugar juice, fruit snacks, koolaid, etc!.) with real fruit, after a while you won't miss the high-sugar stuff anymore!. Always have lots of veggies available in the fridge, cut & ready to snack on!.

Something I often do when I can't resist something that's not very healthy is split it with a friend!. Share 1 dessert with the girls, share a milkshake or sundae with your guy, or share that candy bar with the kids!. The more the merrier, because you'll have a smaller piece but still get that oh-so-good taste you crave!.

You can almost always make something healthier by making it yourself!. You like that pasta salad you saw in the deli!? Make some yourself with wheat pasta, light salad dressing, and lots of veggies!. You've got a craving for muffins!? Bake some yourself with half wheat flour/half white flour, applesauce for half of the oil, half Splenda/half sugar, and real blueberries, raisins, dried cranberries, or apple chunks!. Watch the food network or go to their website for more ideas on how to make things healthier!.!. They're brilliant!.

Oh, and I think turkey bacon is healthier than Canadian!. Canadian bacon looks & tastes similar to ham, which is not the healthiest meat!.!.!. Turkey, on the other hand, is great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry to disappoint you but none of those industrialized product are healthy!. They have a bunch of hidden sugars and fat and the reason is because the FDA doesn't force the companies to put on the nutrition facts!.
For example when you look at the ingredients and you see: dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, polydextrose, basically everything that ends with OSE it's sugar and it's consider hidden sugar because they don't have to be reported at the nutrition facts!.
Also you have to count the bad carbs like: bleached wheat flour, corn flour, modified corn starch those ingredients when they go to your system, they transform into sugar and those are not reported in the nutrition facts either!.
The best way is to cook with fresh products, at least you will know what you are eating!.
