tummy: lay on ur back with ur legs staright up in the air and ur arms behind u slowly raise ur hips and then lower!.!.!. do 3 sets of 20!.!.!.!.!. also ligh on ur back and bend ur legs and lift them up!.!.!. then bend your arms behind ur head and touch ur left elbow 2 ur right knee and alternate 50 times Www@Answer-Health@Com
