How do I keep it off?!


Question: How do I keep it off!?
I'm 13, 5'2 & 155 lbs!. I've been working out since January, lost 20 pounds !. !. !. but it keeps bouncing between 155-160!.
I walk 15 times around the property where I live (not very big, but pretty sizable) and then Monday-Saturday for an hour I do water aerobics!. And do the occasional 20 jumping jacks/running in place!.

I don't always eat right, BLTs for lunch!. Fruit, eggs, toast & ham/sausage for Breakfast!. But then I see chocolate/cookies, and then I have no self-control!.!.!.!.
What more could I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Learn some self control!. Instead of eating chocolate or cookies !.!.!. go take a walk instead!. Or give yourself 10 minutes and then see if you still really want it!. Think about this: Will I be sorry later if I eat this (cookie, candy bar, etc) right now!?

If the answer is yes, just walk away and distract yourself!

I think it is great that you have lost 20 pounds!. Running in place is not the greatest exercise for you in general !.!.!. our bodies aren't meant to run "in place!." Why not try running slowly around the property instead of walking it!? Or walk for a few minutes, then jog for a few!. Start slowly and if you are motivated, which it sounds like you are, you will be able to increase your fitness even more and maintain your weight more easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
