Question: What is a good amount of body fat!?
ok i'm 16 and a girl, we measured that for P!.E!. and my teacher said mine was ok, but the way she said it!.!.!. made me think it wasn't!.
so what's a good percent!? (given I'm not an athlete) (i know everyone's different so an average will do fine!.) how much do you need to survive!?

it really depends on your height!. Everyone's BMI is different!. if you go to a search engine, just type in normal or average BMI for 16 year old girl at "height"!. You may get an answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
