Answers:
It is very possible and healthy to lose 8 pounds in 4 weeks!. It is even possible and healthy to lose up to 10 pounds in a month!.Anymore than that it make it very easy to put that weight back on becasue ur body is already used to your current weight so a dramatic change in weight will make your body think its beings starved and it will retain more calories and fat rather than burning them!. As for weight training everday, it is not a good idea!. You should weight train one day and then skip a day then train then skip a day so on!. If your are weight training to build lots of muscle it is even better if you train and skip two days!. It is bad for your muscles to lift daily and it can cuase serious injury!. I myself used to weight train almost everyday, skipping weekends, for a few months and i started to get very bad back and leg pains!. Ot was also very hard to do things at the end of the week, like lifting semi-heavy objects, and just doing things i liked like bowling and golf!.

I would say instead of doing 40 minutes of constant walking, you should do 20-25 minutes a day twice a day!. The reason to do it twice a day is that your body works harder, becasue you work your body to burn calories and then you rest which brings you body to a normal calorie burning pace and then you bring it to a fast pace again!. This helps burn fat faster because your body works twice as hard due to jogging twice and getting your body working fast rather than just once a day!.

I hope that this helped you and i wish you luck in your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u could!.but if u have to do if for the rest of ur life to keep it off!. if u go back to eating like u did and not exercising!.!.!.ull gain it all backWww@Answer-Health@Com
