How can I lose the rest of the weight?!


Question: How can I lose the rest of the weight!?
Right now I'm 5'7!.5'' and about 143 pounds!. I was about 155 pounds and lost it all, my goal is to be about 135 pounds!. I just can't seem to lose the rest of the weight!. I do a lot of cardio, running, biking, water sports and weight lifting but it seems impossible to lose the rest of the weight!. What should I do to drop the rest of the weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to commit yourself to your goal!. A great way to loose weight quickly is to do a lot of cardio: 4-5 times a week for at least 30 min each session!. If running isn't your thing, ride a bike or swim!. There are many ways to incorporate cardio into your everyday life!. Do sit-ups and push-ups randomly throughout the day!. Just 10 push-ups/sit-ups randomly 5x a day is going to not only add up but also up your metabolism and help you keep exercising on your mind!. Lifting weights: low weight high reps(12-20) at 3 sets each will get that jiggle solid in no time!. Also, eat small portions often to keep your metabolism always working as well as keep you from bing eating!. Try foods that are high in fiber, that way you will feel full longer!. Also, meats with lean protein!.!.i!.e!. fish and chicken!. Mix fruits, nuts, and even yogurt into your diet as snacks throughout the day!. Also, drink a LOT of water; hydration is key!. Your body is most likely too used to the activities you do!. Most likely you need to up the intensity of your workouts and vary things up!. Your body has to have a reason why it feels it needs to lose the rest of the weight!. It feels its in a pretty safe place!. You need to do activities that will convince your body to drop more fat!. High intensity cardio, plyometrics, etc!. If you're very active you most likely need to eat more because your body will hold unto fat if your body is burning too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you are excersicing and the weight wont come off its because that is your normal weight, the weight your body stabilizes at!. You could try eating smaller portions and healthier foods but honestly for your height your weight sounds good to me, its a normal heathy weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have hit a plateau!. It is still working, but not as fast as you would like it too!. Try backing off for a few weeks, still do it but not as much!. Then start up again!. Then you should be golden!.
