Question: What can i do to lose 2 pant sizes!?
i am 17!. i am 5'5"!. currently a size 7 and i want to lose 1-2 pant sizes!. i have approx!. 4 months to di it in!. is that enough time!? and if so, what can i do to do it quickly!? i have no exercise equipment, i got to school so i dont have to go to the gym!. i walk everyday!. tips pleeease! :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lunch: Salad!.
Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.
Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!. With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

a pant size is approximately 8-10 pound difference!. so, youd probably need to lose 15-20 pounds!. 4 months is plenty enough! because you can lose about 6 or more pounds per month healthily!.!. so, you will probably reach your goal at month 3!. :)

eat 1000 cals!. a day eating fruits veggies, nuts, salmon, and drink water!. cheat once a week with some cookies or mac and cheese do 30 minutes of cardio and a 30 minute workout and get 10 hours of sleep !.!. trust meWww@Answer-Health@Com
simple, be careful about what you eat, jog instead of walking, train (push ups and sit ups) every day, and you'll lose the extra weight in no timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
