I'm not sure it depends on the time you want to loose the weight, I'm assuming before school, if you start tomorrow u will probable loose 3 to 5 pounds, maybe about 8 pounds in 2 to 3 weeks, it helps to eat 5 means a day, properly portend and healthy it keeps ur body from feeling hungary which would cause you to eat more!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
