Question: How much weight would I lose by doing this strictly:
Don't tell me this isn't safe!. I know what I'm doing, believe me!. I'm going to stop eating and drinking anything but water from today until August 27!. Which is about 24 days!.
I'm 5'4'' and I weigh 139-144lbs!. My cup size is 34C!.

How much weight do you think I'll lose from now till August 27th!?
Will I look disgusting thin!?

Make it 21 days, its just a better number and you'll find it much easier to stick to if you have a solid 3 weeks instead of 24 days, trust me, lol!. Well, water fasting is fine, and if you know what ur getting into thats cool, but do be careful not to exercise much, especially in the first few days!. I did a water fast before, for 1 week and lost 13 lbs, I started off weighing 172 lbs (at 5 ft 9") and finished up weighing 156 but I put on 3 lbs that I lost because it was waste products etc so not real weight loss!. Normally, people experience 3-5lbs per day loss for the first 3-5 days (normally more like 3), and then 1lb a day there after, so an overweight person in need of a good detox would typically lose about 30-35 lbs, BUT, water fasting will not improve the way u look, ull be smaller, but your body fat percentage will be raised, so you will look more flabby than before!. I did my fast to ease my terrible allergies!. But I have lost alot of weight fast before and I tell u, water fasting is not the best!. Try the negative Calorie diet, Its amazing, u lose at least a lb every day and u can eat, water fasting is fcking rough on u!. Try it!.!.!.seriosuly!.!.!.negative calorie diet!. Or, just try a high protein diet with lots of excercise, this will lower ur body fat and make u look alot better really fast!. Fasting is not the fastest way to weight loss!.

If you've had an eating disorder before why would you do this yourself, if you know what the consequences are!.

If you have a problem with the way your body is, talk to someone close to you like your mum or maybe a doctor!.

Oh my god are you serious!?! im really struggling with losing weight but couldnt consider not eating for 24 days!!? surely ul faint and keel over!?! u cant know what your doing!? and everything in my mind tells me this is unsafe!!? i mean iv posted a few questions on here abotu losing weight etc as im desperate but never considered not eating for 24 days as your body needs some kinda fuel to keep going!?! You will probably not lose any because you will not be able to do it!. YOu will pass out from lack of food!. If you want to lose weight fast dont eat any sugar or carbs at all and eat lots of vegetables and low fat meat/protein!. I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks and I weighed the same as you!. Starving yourself will not get you anywhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you don't look big to me at ALL dear, but you'd probably lose quite a bit of weight!. I'd think at first it would be mainly water weight, and a friend mine who did a water fast lost about 7 pounds within the first 4 days!. But, in the long run that will probably come back!. I'd guess anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds!. As far as boobs go, it's never easy to tell what they'll do!. It doesn't sound like there's any way to convince you to try a diet involving food, but I would say that maybe throwing some juice in there would be really good!. You may look quite thin and gaunt after all is said and done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
