Hi, I am 160 pounds and 5'8, i need to loose 40 pounds in 1 month, i No that is very hard!!! but i am willing to! please if youre gonna say its unhealthy then just dont say anthing! I need to loose it and i dont care if its unhealthy! I need to loose it to look hot before school open September 3rd! Plzz Help!! I really need ur help! 1st one to help me and fully answer my question WIll get full 10 points!.

1) How much could you loose in a month with just eating green raw vegetable (200-300 calories a day, with 3 liters of water a day), and excersising by walking 2 miles a day, and doing crunches, and dancing a little! plzz tell me ty!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat more like 700 a day!.!.!.!.!. eating that little slows down your metabolism A LOT!. eat only fruits veggies and nuts!.!.!.!.!. thats it!.!.!. and drink only water!. burn 500 or so cals!. a day!. cardio is the best !!

breakfast : sugar free fruit smoothie with an apple

lunch: avocado and walnut dry salad

dinner:salmon with steamed veggies and almonds

in one month mayb like 10pounds mayb get some protain shakes and vitamines so you wont be weak and throught some chicken in those vegetables once in a while

If you cut out all soda and all meat out of your diet for one month and include excercise everyday, you could probably achieve your goal!. I did this but I could have excercised more and I lost 45 pounds in two months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need at least 4 months to lose 40 lbs !.!.!.eat some meat with your veggies!.!.!.you can snack on raw nuts and dried fruits!.!.!.special k & oatmeal are great if rice is scary 2 u!.!.!.lose only fat,not muscle!thats why im answering your question,although i doubt how much you will really implement!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was in a similar situation not too long ago!. I needed to lose some weight for the summer!.

I tried almost every weight loss program under the sun, and nothing seemed to work!.
