Question: I cant get my muscle back, please help me
So I have been lifting for about half a year consistently now, and I need some help!. Last month I went on vacation for 3 weeks, so I could not lift for the full time!. When I got back, I was really skinny!. Before I left my muscles were pretty big, but they all shrunk when I got back!. Now I have been back and lifting for a month now, and my question is, my muscles are not getting as big as they used to be, especially my chest!. I am working out hard and doing essentially the same thing!. I have gotten a little bit bigger than when I got back, but they are still not as big!. What's wrong!? I am doing the same weight, and in on some work outs, I am doing even more!. So it's not a strength thing, my muscles will just not get back to the same size as they used to be!.

Start using Whey Protein Powder!.
1 hour b4 work out, and again within 30 mins after work out!.

Also eat more protein in your diet!.


I coach i once had said that you have to work for twice the amount of time of the break you took to get back to where you originally were!. So that should be aprox!. a month and a half for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
