Eating when im not hungry.!


Question: Eating when im not hungry!.
Hey you guys!.
I began to grow a habit to eat when i'm not hungry!.
how can I break that habit!?

A good way ive found to break that habit is to drink a lot of water as soon as you feel the urge to eat!. You have to drink enough to where you feel full!. Over time you wont even need water because you will be used to not eating as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey dont worry about it! I used to do it too!. as queer as this sounds, when your about to eat, think about what your feeling, I did jt cause I was bored at home alone!. if its the same with you I recommend distracting yourself until you are hungry!.
also , to be healthy ALWAYS eat breakfast people think theyre being good about eating when really, skipping breakfast makes you gain weight!. just aim to have 6 small meals or snacks a day!.

ya have to work on a daily food intake routine and ya got do something that distracts ya from thinkin of food!.!.!.go for a jog,hang at the beach or just doin sports!.!.!.don't do burden on ya self like drinkin water to fill ya up and all,i know some people would suggest that!.!.its just a pain to go to the toilet to pee and along the way to the loo ya might see somethin that tempts ya in the kitchen!.!.keep ya self occupied,the only way i can think of really!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are eating out of boredom!. Try asking yourself, "am I really hungry, or just bored!? If the answer is that you are bored, then go for a walk, play a video game, call a friend, read a book, or do what I do!.!.!. clean! I always have some kind of extra stuff around the house to do!. Just simply find a way to replace food as your way to fill boredom with something elseWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe try drinking lots of water that will fill you up!.
and definetly do not eat while in front of the television because while ur distracted u do not realize how much ur consumming!. eat only when ur hungry eat to satisfy yourself!. it's going to be hard now that you've probably expanded your stomach bag so little by little it should work!.

you must be munching some thing or other !. At least eat timely your lunch even you don't feel hungry!.Follow your regular eating timely!.
