Um I'm concerned about my weight.... what do you think I should do?!


Question: Um I'm concerned about my weight!.!.!.!. what do you think I should do!?
Uh I am 4'10" and I am 160lbs!.
I'm a teenage girl!.
I am starting to eat fruits a lot everyday, and water, plus excersising by walking, and riding my bike!. sometimes my trampoline!.

Jogging or just walking around your house for 30minutes after a big meal would help a lot!. Fruits ,water, and exercises will be a good start to getting fit!. If you're 4'10" and weigh 160lbs that's a little overweight but you should ask your doctor what an average weight of your height should be Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay active! I used to be very overweight, and I did some things to lose weight that I never told anyone but I'll let you know!. 1 - Stay active!. You have to exercise at least 20 minutes everyday working up a sweat!. Playing sports, riding your bike or running!. Running is great to lose weight!.
2!. Saying no to dessert, soda and butter!. I know it's hard but these three will kill your diet!. Try having fruit or yogurt instead of cake or brownies or ice cream!. And be careful with having too many fruits, they have a lot of sugar!. Try some vegetables!.
3!. Tae-bo! I know it's embarrassing but go on Youtube!.com and try the "tae-bo workout", start with the basic then the cardio workout!. It's not gonna be easy but its worth it!. Good luck!. Be positive!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep drinking lot's of water and eating fruit and that, that is good but here are some possibilities why u r as fat as u r!.!.!.!.

1!. You probably eat too many snacks and not enough breakfast/lunch/dinner!. Focus your appetite on those 3 main meals instead of snacks!. This way you can crave your hunger yet consume less empty calories

2!. In comparison to #1, late night snacks r deadly!. You won't be able to burn off the calories you gain from eating late at night, so ya DONT EAT SNACKS LATE AT NIGHT

3!. Spend MORE time outside! It's summer and the weather is nice go invite a friend over or something and play tennis or do a sport with them!. What's best is to do a jog right after a big meal to burn off those calories and get some exercise 2!. Also exercising (push-ups, wii fit etc!.) is a great way to burn calories

Keep doing that, you might not see results immediatly, but trust me you will start too lose weight!.

I am 5'7 and 13 years old and weigh 160 but i have a lot of muscle but a good amount of fat also!. But you know what my coach told me you cant't look at the scale worry about the way you look in the mirror because mucle weighs more than fat so if you gain muscle you might gain a few pounds but its good if you loose the fat!. Don't let people tell you other if you want to change you have to do it no one eles can make you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lets just say i'm 6' tall and you weigh the same as me!.!.!.
Stay away from soda, and sweets!. Eat breakfast! A lotta people think less meals a day is better, it's not!. If you eat breakfast it's better for you, and makes you healthier and less hungry thru the day!. Also eat multiple small meals, not 3 BIG meals!.
Glad to hear you're exercising and drinking water, those are the 2 most important factors when losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think ur rather borderline i wouldnt rly call u obese, but ur right u should start paying more attention to ur daily habits and make some changes
a problem i have is eating too much
i have a crazy big appetite and i love food but lately i have definetly been trying hard not to eat more than i need or more than what makes me full, make sure ur actually hungry before u eat and not just boredWww@Answer-Health@Com

im 5"7, 127 pounds and a teenage guy and im not exactliy skinny
if u want to loose waight then just stop eating
i had like 1 meal a day for like a week and i lost like 10 pounds
but make sure u dont become anarexic

Maximum you can be 111 to 131!. You have to reduce your weight by avoiding junk and fatty foods!. Do regular exercise for a healthy body maintenance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
