HELP! i'm in a bit of a pickle. . .!


Question: HELP! i'm in a bit of a pickle!. !. !.
so!. !. i am 18 years old, female, 5foot 7inches and 130lbs!. which apparently is a 'healthy weight' if this is true, then why do i feel so FAT!? seriously, i think i need to lose weight 10-15lbs and people think i'm crazy!. so, why do i feel like i should lose the weight, and should i!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok so i was there about a yr ago!. You are NOT FAT AT ALL!. I look at my pictures and i think i was thicker!.!.!.but not fat!. You are normal!. Healthy!. You can lose 10 -15 lbs and still look healthy though and perhaps feel healthier!. I feel great now and weigh 112!. People say i'm too skinny!. But il ike the weight b/c i can eat what i want and just exercise and maintain myself!. If i eat a cheesecake and gain a lb, so what!? i can afford it at my weight!. if you feel fat, you may just be having a body dymorphic episode (you see yourself bigger than what you are)!. If you lost a few lbs, you'd look good though so if yo uwant just do it! its not so hard and you dont have to go on a diet for it, just limit your caloric intake to 1400 and eat 3 meals of 400 calories and 2 snacks of 150!.!.!.speed up your metabolism by doing that!.!.!.and by exercising 30 min a day!. Drink green tea and dont eat dinner past 630!. if you get hungry eat a small snack around 9!. Or, stick to all protein for 2 weeks an dyou can shed about 8 lbs by doing just that b/c you scare your body!. I did it and it worked!. then just eat the 1400 calories!. once you readh your ideal weight, then you can stick to 1800 calories if you are inactive, or upt o 2000 if you are active or more depending on your metabolism, etc!. if you only NEED to lose 10 to 15 pounds then you are not "so fat" I need to lose 50pounds and I don't even feel "so fat" !.!. this is in your head,!. you have a poor body image!.!. maybe it's not no much that you need to lose weight!.!. maybe you would feel better about yourself if you toned up!. Exercise your core!. It will tighten everythig and make you feel better!. You will have better balance and you will begin to walk differently!. Watch the scales ONLY to be sure you don't gain (xept for a little when building muscle)Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont try to lose the weight
just eat healthy and do crunches and stuff
