Question: How can i lose weight healthly
well i just turned 13 and not proud of my weight!. i havent weighed myself for about 4 days but last time i weighed my self i was 139!.5 and i need to lose weight!. any have any healthy tips!. ( this is my sisters file) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast: Yogurt!.
Lunch: Salad!.
Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!. With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

i have lost over 65 pounds in 6 months and it has brought allot of changes to my life!!

a really healthy and easy way is to jog and do some yoga!. Try 10 sets of 5 minute jogs everyday and do a couple minutes of yoga when you wake up!. Don't stop eating, just try smaller portions and stay away from simple carbs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
