I want to be 120-125 and toned by Christmas time?!


Question: I want to be 120-125 and toned by Christmas time!?
I'm I believe around 145 now, I haven't weighed in a few days! How do I do this!? I'm doing this thing called "water days" where on tues I have nothing to drink but water, and I drink light orange juice for vitamin c because I heard it helps you lose weight and inches off your belly!. I also take kickboxing on tues & thurs and it's usually an 1 1/2!. I wanna be cellulite free and be able to wear those cute skirts and shorts like other girls! Www@Answer-Health@Com

well drink lots of water every day!. That's a must!. Also try dont eat as much junk food/fast food, obviously!. Exercise 3-5 times a week, and cut your calories down to a number your comfortable with!. Christmas is 4 months away, and the average weight loss per week is 1 to 2 pounds, so you should be able to make it there if you stick with it!. Water days ARE BAD!. It is amazing how ignorant you people can be about starvation!. If you EVER starve yourself, then it slows down your metabolism, causing you to GAIN WEIGHT as soon as you start eating again!. And your metabolism will never fully recover!.
Stop whining about cute skirts, you can wear them now, 145 really isn't all that heavy!. If you want to lose weight, you have to exersize at least 5 days a week!. Kick boxing is good, but you need to do things like jog and bike, too!. Cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way is to eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day and workout everyday, mainly cardio, kick boxing is good but if your body sees that you are not getting nourishment it will not let you lose weight because it will hold on to what it has, aka, fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah youre going to want to do cardio and also do what i do
eat less but more times
instead of the 3 meals where you scarf, eat 20 pretzels every 5 hours if you need to

if you want to be toned by christmas then take up singing but to be slimmer you need to do cardio 30-45 mins a day 6 days a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

get the best of all worlds watch your intake and try having sex at least once each day / even if alone this may tire you a little but speaking from experience it does work!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

you need to do allot of cardio, you should start running everyday, and watch what you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com
