it seems like working out a certain area will make the fat there go away, right!? unfortunately, there's no such thing as "spot reduction"!. the best way is to diet and excercise, but if you're like me, you're going to have thunder theighs either way!.!.!.one thing you can do is strengthen them so there will be muscle making them firm!. try squats and lunges, or look up your own excercises, plus cardio!. You can't do anything to make a certain part of your body smaller!. Losing weight accounts for the whole body!.

For the fastest weight loss, I recommend eating 1200-1500 calories a day in small portions and jogging 5 miles a day 5 days a week!.
