I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.

Yes!. you can stop eating too much!. do some walking, push ups and pull ups!. OR if you want it to be HARD, do sit-ups and crunches!.

You can also do rope skipping!. it is a very effective exercise, if you do it you use all the muscles in your body!. it is an effective exercise to lose weight and makes up your stamina and strengthens your muscles!.

Or if you would not like to do such a hard exercise, simply start walking or running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do pushups, chin ups, crunches ( if by upper body you mean above your waist)

but if you have fat in other places besides upper body, then you cant gaurantee the fat will come off just your upper body!. but fat does come off more effectively off of stronger muscles!. but never get discouraged and keep on working!. id suggest getting a personal trainer at your local gym, he/she will help you achieve your goals!.
