How can i lose this weight??!
Question: How can i lose this weight!?!?
I have this pouch of fat, i CANNOT get rid of !. I've been trying so hard eating well, exercising !. It's just below my belly button it almost looks as if i'm begging a pregnancy!. I can feel there is muscle below, but there is a layer of fat!.!.!. what can i do!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not sure but i heard you can eat a lot of salads and stuff and that will help get rid of it!. but keep exercising that is good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
