i would like to lose 26 pounds in two months!.
im 5'4, 146lbs, and was wondering if you have any advice on losing weight, and if you think the following plan would work!.
morning:run 2 miles
night:run 3 miles
breakfast:1 cup cheerios, 1/2 c fat free milk
snack:1 apple
lunch:3 oz chicken breast, 3oz carrots
snack:1 bell pepper
dinner:small grilled chicken&salad

Answers:
You're over working and under eating!. You'll lose a bit of weight at first, but then your body will retaliate!. Your metabolism will slow and your weight loss will slow down or stop!. I know because I tried it!. I started a similar program and I dropped 7 lbs then got stuck for over 2 months at that weight!. I felt miserable and tired!. When you work out that much, your body needs extra calories and nutrients!. I raised my calorie intake to 1300-1700 from 1000-1300 and the weight loss started again!. You could really benefit from adding more items to your diet!. Add a fruit to breakfast, keep the snack as-is, add a piece of whole grain bread and a piece of low fat cheese to your lunch, again, your snacks are good, and add a cup of soup or something to dinner!. You'll feel way more satisfied and it will be easier to meet your goals!.
Another thing you should consider is adding some variety to you work outs, unless you REALLY love running!. Will you be able to stick to a 5 mile a day run!? If it were me I'd be so bored!. Running is a great exercise but if you see yourself not being able to keep up with it or getting bored and tired try switching it up a little!. Good luck meeting your goals!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!
What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.
Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.
As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.

Who came up with this!? Cheerios are for 5 yr olds and why are you snacking on bell peppers, not eating potatoes, rice or bread and running 5 miles a day!? You're torturing your body into weight loss!. My clients eat three balanced meals a day, do light cardio and lose 2 to 3 lbs per week!. Your system will work more efficiently if you eat a high protein, low carb diet!. Get a book, educate yourself and keep a food journal!. Love your body, it's the only one you get!.
