Question: I would like to lose some thigh, love handle and tummy fat!.!.!. any tips!?
As I said I'd like to lose inner and outer thigh fat, a little love handle fat, and 2 or 3 inches of waist/tummy fat!. I can use my treadmill and olyptical machine 4 days a week!. Do you know of any exercises on treadmills or olyptical machines that can help me with these areas!? I am trying to clean up my diet and drink lots of water, so that needs no help!. Does honey and hot water really help you lose weight!? If so how much water and honey!? And If your tips involve the gym, diet pills, or ANY diet program!.!.!. you won't get the 10 points you want so bad!. I'm sorry if that sounded mean but I don't wanna waste my time with some expensive crap that might not work!. After creating a account(it is free) you tell them your target arias(in your case thighs, love handles and stomach) and what equipment you have!. Also, tell it how much time you have to work on these!.

I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.

The upshot is - there is very little you can do to influence specific subcutaneous fat distribution!. Exercise should always be a part of any fat loss program - but vigorously exercising a specific body part will not have any influence on local fat in that area!. This myth has been debunked again and again!. Neither will high-repetition (e!.g!. 20-30 reps) weight training lead to greater fat loss!. In fact the loss of intensity may ultimately result in less fat loss than lower-reps with heavier weights!. Higher reps are good for muscular endurance!.

It can be very frustrating but everybody is different!. Stay committed to your training and nutrition - and don't be dissuaded by the commercials and images that show perfectly proportioned clones!. Understand how your body works, and set achievable goals accordingly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
