is it bad if i really do workout and eat 1,000 calories and burn the fat for 3 pounds (i did the calorie math and could burn 10,500 calories in a week)!.

If you donot feel drained and your diet is well balanced you will be okay!. If you continue to be active you will not gain it back, if you don't consume more calories than you need!. However there is the possibility you may gain weight because of muscel development!. Remember, muscel mass is heavier than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
