Question: How do I tone my stomach in a couple of weeks!.!.!.!?
Yah okay so I'm trying to tone up my stomach because its a lil flabby so to speak and i need to tone it up before i get my school clothes on august 25 because school for us dont start until sep!. 2!. so how do i tone up in a couple of weeks!?!?!?

i cant go to the gym and i cant go to the pool!. at home excerises!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't tone one part of your body up in a couple of weeks!. First of all cardio would work!. Stay away from the greasy foods to!. It will take more then a couple of weeks!. More like months!. Cardio and Sit-Up's!. Good luck!.

well ya can't exactly get the desired flat and toned abs in a couple of weeks maybe in four weeks or so with constant exercise ya might get those!.!.!.to start off ya could stay on a strict diet and loads of fluid,like juices or low fat milk,acidic juices like lime or lemon juice can be very effective on losing a couple of pounds actually!.!.

ex:do at least 50 front 50 on each side crunches,try to stay away from the normal sit-ups as its bad for the back!.!.so in total ya got 150 crunches to do in 2 weeks!.!.its rather effective if ya get enough rest and eat wisely!.!.!.
try not to over-do the exercise as it might lead to cramps and all!.!.!.
always stretch before and after crunches or maybe in between!.!.!.i bet ya'd see some results in this short period of time!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

hula hoop! if you don't have a hula hoop, don't fret, just make the motions of a hula hoop for about 10-20 minutes per day!. move your hips in a big circle while keeping your feet planted firm on the ground!. try to just move your midsection!. do it for as long as you can every day and you'll be alright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
