Do you think this is a freaky weight?!


Question: Do you think this is a freaky weight!?
I'm male, 23 years old, 5'9", and I weigh 120lbs!. Yep - one hundred and twenty pounds!.

I don't run or engage in much aerobic activity that would burn it all off!. I eat three good meals a day, and snack on crackers and candy, and canned drinks!. I can't gain any weight!.

People insist on telling me though - "go home and eat something," or "wow, you're skinny," as if I didn't know!.

Anyone else out there near my weight!? I'm tired of being skinny!. Oh - and after someone points out that I'm skinny and that I look weird, they tell me I'm lucky for being able to eat whatever I want!. That doesn't make me feel better!. People suck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmmm, people are inconsiderate!. Ya know, society knows better than to call a fat girl fat, but not to call a thin male skinny!. That kind of is BS!.!.!. I just never thought about it before!. It seems like it is really bothering you too!. Historically, men got the "big strong handsome provider role while women got the "stand my your man helpless female role!." Those days are done, but I think some of the stereotypes carried over!.

Look, I can tell you how to fix your problem if you want!. Just go to GNC and buy a shake!. It is important though, that you lift weights if you take something like that!. If not, it will make you fat!. You don't want to be fat, maybe just have a little more bulk to you!. Talk to the person who works there and tell them your situation!.!. they will be able to to tell you what is best!.

I have the same exact problem! People always say "oh your so skinny, your so lucky" then they tell me to go eat something!. its really aggravating!. I already eat a lot but i burn it off so quickly and it sounds like you have the same problem!. Recently i started gaining weight though!. I eat a lot more than usually especially protein filled foods like meat and eggs!. I also started working out a couple of times a week!. My thighs and arms have filled out quickly!. The basic point I'm trying to get across is that i recommend that you eat a lot of protein and start working out regularly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor--you could have endocrine problems, like hyperactive thyroid, which throws off your hormone levels and makes it nearly impossible to maintain a healthy weight!. Get some things ruled out, and if nothing's wrong physically, try to have a sense of humor about it!. There's nothing much else you can do!. Try getting some T-shirts made with funny sayings on them like "Crack keeps me skinny" or "Yeah, I eat" or "Sorry, am I making you look fat!?" Just a suggestion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not as tall as you but I know what you mean!. I'm 18 5'5 male 109 pounds!. You can see your ribcage I bet!.!.!.!.I can :)!. I don't exercise AT ALL!.!.!.I don't eat that much!.!.!.I eat a lot of junk food!. If you can't gain weight from eating!.!.!.I'd say try gaining muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is!. Gain a little weight!. Your BMI is 17!.7 that is under weight!. I suggest you gain weight!. don't go on a junk food spree that is bad eat some good foods heavy meals!. I am 14 and not to scare you but I weigh more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
