I have never had to excercise in my life, and now have to loose some weight... H!


Question: I have never had to excercise in my life, and now have to loose some weight!.!.!. HELP
Hi there
I know how dumb this sounds, but I have only ever been a dancer, and about 4 years ago had to give it up (due to injury in my foot), now I have put on too much weight and I need to loose it!.!.!. I am still thin, but not like I used to be, I want to, well need to loose about 10kgs!.
I am VERY unfit, and not very good at excercising!.
I live in a shared house and was thinking of maybe buying an excercise bike or something!.
Does anyone have any suggestions!?
The nearest gym to me is 45 min drive, and not practical!!
I want to loose it before christmas!.
PLEASE HELP ME!.!.
And I don't want smart alex answers please, only genuine ones!.

I don't really need advice with food, more the excercise plan/ advice!.

hey!! excersise isnt as hard as it seems :) if your injury isnt permanent, why not take up a fun activity, the smallest thing can help tone you up :D
also why not try walking if you are not up to jogging yet!. then gradually you could build up the distance and pase over time :D you will find yourself fit in no time :D

oh and why not buy a "wii fit" they are soooooooooo amazing and really do help with fitness :)

Walking is great - well for your bottom half anyway!
If u find it difficult, what i ALWAYS do is listen to my ipod with my favourite songs and chew a chewy!. that sounds Sooooo weird!.!.!. but i find that chewing on a chewy can take your mind off stuff - i live on them!

so yeh, ipod and chewies - they'll get u thru it!

and to help the upper body i'd include some sit-ups!.!.!. boxing bags are great too

I also hate to exercise and don't really know how!. A couple things I would do is either get a bike and ride around I also find that it sounds lazy but if you exercise in front of the t!.v time goes by faster and your not watching the time!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By that big ball (like for plates) and then lay on your back on it and do a 100 crunches every day on it it's soooo good!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
