Will yoplait hlp me loose weight and if i do excersise?!


Question: Will yoplait hlp me loose weight and if i do excersise!?
Im going to have yolait every day after august 25 and do lot of excersise how much days do you think i could prabably loose 5pounds if i do
100 jumpping jacks
50 knee push up
20 squat
50 sit up during the week each day and on saturday do 30 minute treadmill and little bit on excersise bike and walk a dog around 2 blocks with the same excersise and all same on sunday and have yoplait once everyday how long will it take to loose 5 pounds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

weight loss is a lot more than exercise!. it's eating healthy, especially eating breakfast, eating 4 small meals a day, 4 hours apart, to boost your metabolism, sleeping well, and genetics!. it's hard to tell how long it will take you to loose weight because weight fluxuates between a pound or two a day!. and that much exercise will be hard on you if you start all of the sudden!. work your way up to that!. and only exercise 5 days a week!. your body needs a few days to rest!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would eat a organic natural yogurt instead of yoplait!. Yoplait has fructose sugar added and that just turns to fat!. make sure to check the labels on all foods!. avoid fructose sugars, corn starch, anything that says syrup in the ingredients!. Also aim for low-fat or non-fat yogurt!. Make sure you are getting lots of veggies and protein while you exercise and you will lose weight for sure! well yoplait is good to eat!. As far as exercise, it all sounds great as long as you are keeping your heart rate up for at least 30 min a day!. the 100 jumping jacks, knee ups and squats are great but I don't think it will take you 30 min to do it!. I would incorporate more of your running than just once a week!. do 30 min of cardio at least 4 times a week and you will be in great shape!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

sort of you need to eat other healthier foods as part of a balanced diet with some yogurt here and there it wont hurt!. but dont just eat yogurt and exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com
