Question: How to lose the fat on your back!?!? HELPP!
well i have to go to a wedding in about 7 days!. and i bought a dress that is really cute!. at first i tried it on and it fit perfectly!. but then i went on vacation and gained about 3 lbs!. and it made HUGE difference!.!. i could zip it all the way until the top of the dress!. how can i lose the fat thats built on my back!?!?AND QUICKK! PLEASE HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go for a power walk every day for about 45 minutes and pump your arms really good!. Also you can stand with your feet about shoulder width apart with weights in your hands and lean side to side keep your abs tight and your back really straight!. Make sure you are going directly to the side!. You can also do an exercise I used to do in ballet!.!.!. lay flat on your stomach, put your hands behind your head, and lift your upper body up as much as you can!. Have someone hold your feet down if you need to!. Also eat extremely healthy!!! Eat a small meal 6 times a day and I bet you could lose 2-3 pounds in one week!. honey, three pounds isn't that much!. just eat right and exercises you can lose that in a week!. that or buy another dress!. your worrying to much!. just watch what you eat and you;ll be fine!. and it might not be back fat it might have went to your tummy and thats making the dress tighter on you!. hope you find something that works!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water, and sweat! give your self a wrap! Here is a silly trick us girls use to do back in the swim suite pageant days! Oil and saran wrap! and work out! It worked for what we need it to work for at the time! Also you can buy the slimer to wear under your dress, if its not cut to low!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
