Could i lose 15 pounds if...!


Question: Could i lose 15 pounds if!.!.!.
1) excercise every morning (30 sit ups, 15 minute dumbell arm excercises, 30-40 minutes on the treadmill, 30-40 squats)

2) drink a lot of waterrrr

3) taekwondo in the afternoon (1 hour) for 4-5 days a week
