Question:

What should I eat before going to the gym? Advice needed...?

I need to know what is the best type of food to eat before going to the gym, and how long should I leave it after eating before starting my workout. I do an intensive workout of cardio, weights and core excercises every 2nd day, and on the alternate days I am trying to build up my stamina for running. Obviously I need a good bit of energy for my workout, but the problem is I tend to feel sick when running sometimes, I think it is reflux.

What are the best foods for doing a full work out and for going running?

you should eat at least 2hrs b4 going 2 the gym you need protein to keep going such as chicken semi skimmed milk yogurt bannana tuna fish or salmon also get plenty of fluid b4 during and after
