Question:

**Am i working hard enough to lose the weight?**?

Morning: 30 min jog/cycle
Porrige for breakfast+ fruit
School break time (10.40am): Wholemeal salad sandwich (i ussually dont eat anything here but ive heard eating smaller and regular meals increases metabolism, and if i dont eat here by lunch im starving and eat crisps and that.)
Lunch: Wholemeal ham and salad sandwich+fruit
Dinner: Whatever mum has cooked (my mum loves to cook healthy) + salad.
1 hour dance/skipping/cardio
And lots of water throughout the day. Does that sound ok to lose weight ? After ive lost the flab ill start with toning exercises. I've 5'7 and 119pounds- should i be working harder? im recently gained 9 pounds (used to 110) so i want to work it off.


Answers:

Your diet is perfect. You have already understood that you need to eat throughout the day to avoid hunger pangs. Plus you do 2 sets of cardio a day. Stick with what you are doing, it will DEFINITELY produce results!!
