Get a trampoline =D lol!.Well,if you have one or if a frtiend has one!.
I'm not excpecting you to just go out and buy one!.But seriously, they
are fun and a great way to loose weight!.That's what i'm doing!.I'm hoping
to loose 7 pounds soon,I go on it everyday alot!.But you have to be carefuk
not to fall off and break something too! xD


Also,there are these Tae Bo Workout videos you can buy!.They have workouts that last only 8 minutes,then 15 minutes,then 20 minutes,ect!.They go in order from like workout 1,2,3,4!.!.!.Thay can be fun too,especially if you do them with a friend!.I use to do them with my mom,lol!.But now I use the trampoline because someone is always nin our frontroom watching tv!.Ha,anyway, you can try those,they work on every muscle-some that you probly didn't even know you had!


Here's another idea,EAT HEALTHIER!.I know it can be hard,trust me,I know!.But there is no way you are going to loose any weight and stay heal;thy if you stuff your face with a bag full of potato chips and a soda every day!.Lay off of the junk food and sweets!.You can eat them sometimes,sure,but don't make a habit of it!.And if it's really that hard not to eat any,then ask your parents not to buy any sweets or junk food until you have gained control over your eating habits!.Think of the one thing that you eat the most,the UNHEALTHY thing you eat the most,then cut down on that and only eat it every once in a while!.Also,don't drink any pop! Pepsi,coke,Dr!.Pepper,ect!. They are all really great ways to GAIN weight AND damage your body!.They taste great,yes,but they are very unhealthy for you!.All that fat and flab on your body-that's them with alot of help from the junk food and cake!.lol!.
If you just set your mind to it,and work on it-excersize and eat right,you will loose weight in no time!.Just don't give up!! Good luck!. =]

Sit-ups,running,push ups,and holding yourself up in the
push up position are good things to try!.Loosing weight take dedication,motivation,
and perspiration! lol!.
