Losing weight doesn't mean to stop eating!. Limit your portions and if you want to count calories, keep the count to 2000 per day along with walking about 20-30 minutes a day!. You can do more damage by not eating enough or incorrectly just as you can be overweight by eating too much!. Your body compensates for everything you do, so if you maintain a proper calorie count, a proper carbohydrate intake, and exercise, you will lose the weight you are trying to lose!. Don't be impatient either, it will happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might lose a couple pounds of water weight and appear to be a bit thinner after the 4 days are up, but on day 5 when you start eating again, the pounds will come back!. If you're just trying to have a flat stomach for an event or something, celebrities do stuff like that all the time, but unfortunately, I know from experience that the only way to get actual fat off your body is slowly!.!.!.like 2 pounds a week!. And you must EAT, if you stick with the couple hundred calories, your metabolism will slow down and you won't lose anything and then you get into the whole yo-yo dieting nonsense where in the end, you'll end up fatter!.!.!.trust me, been there!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll crash, you wont function properly, and you won't lose weight effectively!. Rather, eat as little as 1000 cals per day and get in tons of cardio!. Also, make sure you are gettting your calories from worthy sources, like veggies, fruit, and protein!. Lay low on carbs for a bit but you don't need to rule them out completely!. Whole grains are good, like oatmeal, whole wheat bread and pasta, and wild and brown rice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not a race!. If you don't eat, nutrients are drawn out of your bones and muscles, and you will fight to replace them!. Let's say you weigh 130 lbs!. X 10= 1300 calories should be a fair intake, you will not gain weight if you stay under this level!. Find some activities that keep you moving, take in maybe 1200 cal!. a day (of Good food) and the weight should start to disappear!.
And seriously, go talk to a dietician or nutritionalist, they will give you the right answers, that you probably won't find here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No serious damage will happen, but that is not a good idea on how to lose weight!. Because you will gain all that weight back and more once you start eating normal because you body will hold everything in because it hasn't had any nutrient for a while!.
Just eat healthy and exercise you will lose weight, but give it some timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

May as well do it the safe and proper way even if it does take longer it will last longer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um, yes - even people on diets have to eat at least 1200 cals a day!. You can't lose weight in days - the least amount it takes is a month to see ANY significant difference!. Don't starve yourself, hun, it'll hurt you later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will initially crash down, then your body will grab every calorie and hold on tight so your weight will bounce back higher than now!. Starvation
