Question: I work out with weights but need upper body and stamina to prepare for buds
does anyone have any workouts that dont envolve weights Www@Answer-Health@Com

BUDS huh!.!.!.well, firstly I was on the same trek as you before; do not lose all your weight, keep 10 extra pounds packed on because you will lose that in the first few weeks!.!.!.

I have known and worked with several SEALs in my career and you will be running, doing push ups, rolling around in the sand, picking up large objects, etc!.

You need to hit the beach and run on sand; you need to concentrate on push ups, sit ups, push ups, sit ups; you need to weight train and lift heaviest possible 5 times from ground directly over head and back down; you need to hit a rowing machine!.

I hope this helps, and the main point is do not go overboard: concentrate on what you will be doing in BUDs!. Trust me, no fancy things you do now will compare with the traditional exercises you have to get used to then!. Keep it basic and good luck buddy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dips, Pull ups, chin ups are really the only useful bodyweight exercises!.

People will tell you push ups and all that, but those are almost useless compared to free weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
