Question: I want to do some toning work on my arms and shoulders!?
I've never done anything like that before, and I'm very out of shape!. Is it okay to use 2 pound weights to start off with and then as I get better move up to heavier ones!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. But the best thing to use is your own body weight!. Push-ups are the best way to tone arms and shoulders!. Start out with 3 sets of 8!. Skip a day between sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
