How would you do it?!


Question: How would you do it!?
loose 20 pounds in around 2 weeks or so!. not hard exercise or anything!. but i really wanna loose a lot of weight!. any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Breakfast: Yogurt!.
Lunch: Salad!.
Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.

With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!.

8 Minute Stretch!.
