When i saw myself standing there i said to myself,"Self", Thats You!,and you Gotta Loose That Belly,What girl in Her Right Mind would Be Attracted to That?,Lord,Why Have'nt the Gribbles Given Me A Labotomy?..


Answers:

you can do as much as you want but crunches are not gona make you lose any belly fat -ever!!! crunches build and tone muscle -they do not burn fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio (running, swimming, jogging, spinning, rope jumping etc), do them 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine with light weight training a few times a week.
