Question:

Shoud I take protein shakes everyday or just days i work out??

I work out 5 days out of the week and i take a protein shake (32-40grams each) as soon as i wake up and then one before and after workouts. My question is should i continue to take them on the weekends even when i dont work out?? Or would that just be a waste?


Answers:

If you're working out consistently you should take them everyday. Your body will need the protein to grow and recuperate.
