I cant do crunches! HELP!!


Question: I cant do crunches! HELP!
Im 11 and wanting to do crunches but i cant! Anyone got a video ( hopefully from youtube as i know it safe ) of how to do a perfect crunch!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure your lower back is pressed into the ground, you keep your belly pulled in when you go up rather than punching it out, and get your shoulders off the ground!. Voila!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't know about videos, but lie flat on your back with your knees bent (or in a ninety-degree angle -- legs lifted with your knees bent)!. Breathe in when lying flat and out when doing the crunch!. Pull in your stomach when going up!. And look at a single spot on the ceiling slightly in front of you so your chin stays level and not tucked into your chest!. The best place to put your arms is either crossed on your chest (hands on opposite shoulders) or have your fingers make a triangle shape with the index and thumbs at the base of your skull, elbows out but just so they're out of your peripheral vision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow you need a video to demonstrate how to do a crunch!. get off the computer now and go outside!. Do it before your youth is gone!.

Also go join a team in school!.!.!.running team!.!.!.!.no not the chess team or the computer nerds awareness team!.!.!.something that actually causes your hart rate to go up!.

you dont need a video!.Well first of all if you cant do them get a buddy to help you out as a spotter!. And as you get used to them do 15 a day and then do 5 more every 3 days-a week!. hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

if u want a six pack dont do it cuz ur still young then when u grow up ur abs would look all mess up just wait for 3-4 years then start or if u want to lose wieght just jog 30-60 minWww@Answer-Health@Com
